Pet Policy

Limit 2 cats and/or dogs per apartment up to 100 pounds. No exotic animals.

Non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal. Monthly fee $25 per pet.

Veterinarian statement is required for each pet.

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.

Parking Policy

The Revere Apartments offer free vehicle parking for Towers, Plaza, Manor, Villas, and Terrace residents.

 

Towers and Plaza residents also have the option to add-on reserve parking for a small monthly fee.
