How do I apply?
Ready to make The Revere your new home? Apply online at liveattherevere.com/apply. Applicants will need a government-issued photo ID and proof of income, such as pay stubs or bank statements. The application fee is $52 per person, and decisions typically take up to 2 business days after a complete application is submitted.
Is The Revere pet-friendly?
Yes! The Revere is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two cats and/or dogs per apartment, up to 100 lbs. A $250 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per animal apply. Breed restrictions may apply.
Is parking included?
Yes! Free vehicle parking is included for residents of the Towers, Plaza, Manor, Villas, and Terrace. Towers and Plaza residents also have the option to add reserved parking for an additional monthly fee.
What are the leasing office hours?
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available?
Yes. The Revere provides 24-hour emergency maintenance for residents.
How can residents pay rent?
Residents can conveniently make rent payments online through our Resident Portal.
